I’m considering building up my dream road bike, but I’m running into a problem: I’m looking to purchase a used 2008 Specialized Tarmac SL2 frameset, but it doesn’t have a bottom bracket. According to Specialized, the SL2 uses an oversized integrated bottom bracket. I’d like to build the bike using Dura-Ace 7900’s BB and crankset. Will this be possible? If so, what will I need?
