I’m almost positive that I fractured my foot during a duathlon a couple weeks back. Totally sucks. I havn’t been able to walk normal since then, so my guess is that it’s not just a bruise. Is there a specific boot or something of the sort I can wear during the day to make the healing process quicker?
No advice on the boot, (or the wrist, or the dude checking you out in the shower) but your last few posts give the impression that you are about falling apart!
