I enjoyed joining in the celebrations when I lived in New Delhi and Malaysia.
We have operations in India. So I read a couple of intranet posts about their celebration.
I might watch some Indian Porn in their honor.
Half my office is of Indian descent, and most directly from the mother country. They were all at work today so I presume this isn’t a “take the day off” kind of observation.
The war on Christmas is starting early this year I see.
However Diwali will be celebrated on Thursday in India (or at least in Bangalore where we have offices) and Friday (I believe the festival actually lasts several days).
