Black Monday 2026

Am I alone in thinking Tom recruiting Bill B to coach time raiders is on the table?
Say the pats get yet another SB.
Is that sufficient motivation to entice Billy back to the NFL, his gf/life coach/whatever their arrangement is non of my business - could find gainful employment anywhere in LV.

And having those 2 in LV with all the nonsense around gambling would be great as a bonus.

No?

Agreed. The Bills have been a very good team in recent years. There’s a very good chance the new coach won’t do better, and could very well do much worse.

The Bills just have the worst come-close-but-no-cigar kind of bad luck. I still remember the Marv Levy days of getting there, but not winning.

I wouldn’t let BB near my team if I was an owner. His best days are long past him.

I’ve been wishing today was a bad dream and we can give Terry Pegula a do-over. The more this has sunk in the worse it looks. Tomlin gets 19 years and Sean gets shown the door winning 2/3 of his games and having our guys there every damn year. As i said this is the NFL and it’s not easy all you can do is give yourself legitimate chances and he did.

Where’s Josh? Where’s his statement? This move has been a near universal WTF across sport outlets. Fire Brandon Beane or Joe Brady. Get Josh a WR corps. Get him an OC that doesn’t call the literally most predictable series’ in football.

Sphere should be giddy right now, just ask Sean to drive 4hrs down the road and lead his buddy Tomlin’s squad to the promised land. Knowing the Bills luck, Steelers win 3 SB in the next decade.

I wouldn’t let Jor-Don near my team, either. If you’re not following Pablo Torre, you’re missing out

You’d have to ask her about that second part, as well

Please god no

Not sure which one is worse:

Matt Patricia would be worse.

I’ll see your Matt Patricia, and raise you an Urban Meyer!

What I would give for my team to even have a playoff record

I will say the Davis/Brady/Carroll regime may have fixed the QB situation

Being so bad you get the #1 pick! Then again, they picked a bad year with no bona fide #1. Mendoza has a high floor, but not sure how high the ceiling is.

How are Tomlin and McDermott looking now??

McCarthy to Steelers.

I don’t see this as a step forward. McCarthy will be just above 500, make the playoffs and lose in the first round.

I would take McDermott over either.

That is a most meh hiring.

Very interesting hire by the Steelers. Total 180 from their usual M.O. I could almost see it if they were close like Buffalo or Baltimore but they’re more of a rebuild. It’ll be interesting to see who his coordinators are, like if they have a coach in waiting planned.

They’re both named Mike, I guess the Steelers thought it would be an easy transition?
