Bjorn is in trouble

Here we go, Here we go

Swede, Bjorn Andersson has hit the wall in the bike race and has told our spotter crew that he is hurting. “My legs are gone, I am labouring now.” he told our crew.

He is currently still 3:30 ahead of Cameron Brown and Stephen Sheldrake, both of whom are feeling comfortable, whole Kieran Doe is finding the pressure is making him really hurt, but maintains fourth as the top four men head back to Taupo and the start of the marathon.

156km

Just 24kms remain in the bike leg as the leading quartet head back to Taupo for the second time.

Going through 160km, Bjorn Andersson is now down to averaging 28-35km/h and Cameron Brown is inside a kilometre behind and our spotters are talking or a lead change within a couple of kilometres.

cam is awsome, I was watching an VCR tape another day, ITU WORLD CUP 1995 or something, Brown got top5 i think… call it consitent!

Unfortunatley predictable, the inevitable just happened a little sooner than normal. No word on his buddies?

IMNZ has become a sleeper, too bad, seems like a good course.
