It’s gone on long enough and i can’t take it anymore. Why is it called the “daily editorial” when it’s not updated daily? Tom, i am not saying update it daily but the name is driving me insane. If this continues i’m going to start postin like Mr. Tibbs and does anyone really want that?
Thanks alot! I thought your post meant there was a new one up! I’ve asked the “why is it called daily?” question before. But Tom’s a busy guy, working, racing a lot and allegedly writing real books. Cut him a little slack. Just a little.
It’s called the “Daily Editorial” becasue you are supposed to read it daily. Not becasue I write it daily… ![]()
Seriously though, I have three new ones lined up right now. One about Memorial Day and a good friend of ours headed to Iraq, one about our morning rides and an interesting one about waiting for people to right a wrong they did to you.
-Sorry for the delay, we’ve been hoppin’ busy. Something tells me if a customer called asking “Where is my bike?” and I said, “Oh, I couldn’t finish it because I had to write an editorial.” they wouldn’t be too happy about that.
I’m not asking you to delay anyone’s bikes, i know what the priority is. I think of the daily as christmas. i boot up the pc, click on favorites, and look to see what Santa Demerly, not a fat joke, has brought us. pretty soon i’m off crying in the corner because i didn’t get what i wanted. it’s a sad sad world i live in.** **
OK’y doke. I’ll get some new ones up. This next one was tough to write. I knew I wanted to say something- but wasn;t sure what it was. I started writing this thing and 2000 words into it I was like, “This is interesting and kind of touching… but what’s the point?” I had to answer that question and deliver a “punch line” before I posted it. I’ll see if I can get it up today my friend.
Mostly, thank you very much for reading. It means a great deal to me.
