I ordered four water bottle cages from them a while back. Quick shipping, items arrived as ordered and even sent a coupon with my order. No complaints here.
Yep, I used them maybe two years ago. Don’t recall what it was - a cassette maybe - but it arrived on time and as described. No complaints here. But no recent experience.
I use them periodically. No issues to date.

I tend to find them somewhat often when ordering through amazon - never had any problems with them.

Maybe it’s just me, but my experience is they have the slowest… shipping… ever… in … the… whole… world… ever.
Sometimes almost 2 weeks to ship stuff that’s listed as “in-stock” on their website. Their prices are really good though, so the wait is sometimes justified.

I ordered a few water bottles and a cycling jersey (using their Amazon store front) from them as well… they took nearly a month to arrive. The customer service was extremely poor and unresponsive. They are a hit or miss company I think, you’ll either get your order on time or it’ll take weeks for no apparent reason. I would avoid them when possible.
I got some MTB/city tires from them once, no issues. Hadn’t ever heard of them before, but ordered through Amazon and didn’t realize beforehand they just bounced the order to some affiliated supplier.
