Be careful riding. I just stopped at a stop sign looked both ways , saw nothing and almost ran over a biker. I am still shaking. I never realized how easy it is to NOT see a cyclist.
What was the cyclists wearing (color wise)?
This is the very reason I recommend that all cyclists wear yellow jerseys…
I only wear yellow when i’m the race leader.
I agree. I have a bright yellow jersey when I ride hills here because of the limited sight distance. And always use blinking lights for and aft when riding solo.
May not look cool but neither does the alternative to not being seen.
Especially when they are all tucked in and aero. The shirt color doesn’t mean anything when the rider is bent over the bars.
I have a blinky on my bike and one I wear on my left arm. I also have a white blinky up front.
Did the bike have any blinkies?
