Bike workouts

anyone have any sudgestions on best workouts/ what you do to get fast over HIM? looking to see how others approach this

Join a road cycling group, ride with them, and try some 50 mile road races

Build a big base by riding a lot in the early season. Then move into ‘tempo’ (Z3) intervals and sub-lactate threshold (Z4) intervals while maintaining regular longer rides. Ride in the hills as much as possible. Group training with faster cyclists will push your envelope but don’t foresake solo training entirely.
