I just got this e-mail from Bike Transport a little while ago.

Hello,

In the last few months, you contacted us to inquire whether we would be offering our service to the Ford Ironman Louisville. I am happy to announce that we have finally worked out an agreement with WTC to be the official bike transport provider for this event. Registration and trip information is available on our site at www.tribiketransport.com.

An general email from WTC will be forthcoming in the next few days to announce the launch of our service. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@tribiketransport.com.

See you in Louisville!

Sincerely,

Marc Lauzon

I have used Tri Bike transport a few times and have never had any problems. I have seen a few issues with a nick/scratch here and there but Marc was very customer friendly and made concessions of some type to a friend of mine at IM Arizona in 05. The service has been great and the convenience wonderful. I realize that if you ship your bike enough, you will have some scars from the trips.
