Our multisport club is interested in having our local bike shop sponsor our club. Do any of you have experiences with this? What is fair in asking the shop to provide for the club? Discounts (what %) ? EP pricing on equipment? Also, we are currently in the process of working on tri clothing. Any suggestions on good clothing companies? Thanks for your help.
What is EP pricing? The typical sponsorship is five to fifteen percent off for members. Some shops go above this by offering faster service (instead of queuing). Some clubs might get frames or bikes at wholesale for team members or cash as well. Every sponsorship deal is different.
