This year I have a bit more time on my daily schedule to get in 2 workouts a day now. I have a really solid run base going and would like to add my bike training the same day also. Never have done this before and wanted to start off easy.
Is it best to get my run in first and then my bike or visa versa?
It has taken me many years to learn how to run and be injury free so I would assume a run in the morning on fresh legs would be better than a bike and run on tired legs.
