Other than this site any suggetions on where I can find reviews on bikes. I’m following up on recommendations from my LBS. These are recommendations based on my fit and alll would be tested before buying. I’m particularly intrested in reviews on:
I would hesitate to make any purchase decisions from published bike reviews - especially magazines or sites that sell advertising. You might use them to compare features and components… but talk to folks that you know, that know bikes. Ride them and decide for yourself what you want and like. No matter what what we try and tell ourselves -our next bike purchase is rarely the last.
I would invite you to my sight for a complete P2K review. We do not sell advertising but we do sell bikes. As some of ours reviews have established, we are honest in our opinions, even when they aren’t good. Having said that, I wouldn’t buy a bike by a review, but rather by fit- which is why we allow but never recommend test rides. If you get on my site, go to editorials and read my rant called “Truth, Lies and Test Rides”. You can find the P2K review and the editorial at www.bikesportmichigan.com Happy Holidays to you- And remember, stop comparing bikes and start comparing fit!

Totally agree
roadbikereviews tend to be a bit biased
