I am going to NYC in a couple weeks and was thinking about staying through Saturday to do a ride with a friend. I’d rather not pack my bike… does anyone know of a shop around that will rent a road bike? Either NYC or Jersey City would work.

I think Metro cycles rents road bikes. At least the one near me (96th x Bway) did, though it was Trek’s Armstrong special, and not cheap.
