i found those but looking for other recommendations.

i know i know make sure the fit is good

You mean which model Cervelo to get? I heard Gerard was testing a prototype just the other day in France. So secret was the project that he had to get out on the road before the sun came up.

I think it’s going to be called the P3LT (for “little tyke”)

i’m a litespeed fan, but that would work too!

Here are the features I looked for in a bike for my 3 year old:

16" wheels, training wheels, coaster brake, front/rear hand brakes, and a design he thought was “cool”.

The coaster brake will help the transition from tricycles to bicycles. The hand brakes will help the future transition to a 20" bike with a freewheel. The coolness factor will help it get ridden more. I also gave him his own tool so he could “fix” his while I was fixing mine.

We just bought this one for our boy’s 4th birthday next month. It’s an Electra Mini-Rod. The selection of kids bikes out there is not that inspiring but this seemed pretty cool. Looks better in person.

Cool looking bike. Better watch out, Francois might steal it from your little boy. I think it’s his size.

It’s for Francois.

Sorry Franny I love you but I couldn’t pass it up. It was immature and not funny but I can’t let an old joke slip by.

Get a LikeABike http://www.likeabike.ch/engl_library/likeabike_welcome1.html

My lad has had one since he was 2 and he turns 3 in September. He beats six year olds around where we live! He is fast and independant on it the way kids with pedals and stabilisers aren’t.

They look pretty nice two. Get the mountain one though. The race rides too hard for kids.

i second the likeabike. excellent + beautifully made.

I’m surprised nobody has put up a photo of the Litespeed trike, although he’s probably too old for that !
