From what can be told from this one pic, how is my position?

.
I just ordered a set of the coasters.
I saw this photo before. Was it already up here? I know I have seen this…
What I see;
your seat is too low
your pedal stroke is horrible indicating you’re too steep or inflexible
you need to loosen up your death grip on those bars
and who doesn’t have a P3. I have to get rid on mine. They are so 2004.
You have asked for the “experts” on bike fit, so I will leave that to them. May I comment on some other things:
-
Both bike and body numbers are flapping around in the wind. Funny, people go on and on about wheels, fairings and all manner of other aero stuff, then do this. Loose the flapping numbers. Pin them, tape them whatever.
-
Skin exposure - I always suggest something that is tight fiiting on the bike that covers the shoulders to. Decreases skin exposure to the sun and increases cooling effect of the garment and decreases the rate of dehydration
-
Not sure what’s going on in the back of and under the saddle. Seems a little messy. You may want to clean that up. If you are not going to use the rear cages, get rid of the them. Frame and aero bar mount is a good set-up for P3. Do you need more than that? There is an aid staion every 10 miles or 20 - 30 min in just about all IM races.

I guess the required answer wasn’t forthcoming that time.
