I ordered some stuff and did not get an e-mail notification. I have gotten no e-mail response from them and can not dial their 8XX- phone numbers because I am out of the USA.
Does anyone has their non-toll free phone number?

they have no “regular” number.
however…i called them for you and was told if i can get your number and hopefully you saved an order # or something to help them track it…they can try calling out to you. clearly however, the rep i talked with had not handled such an issue previously so it may be a shot in the dark as some phone centers do not allow inside reps to call out.

Jim… I got an e-mail from them. Everything is clear now. It seems that the delay was caused by my card address being from outside the USA.
