Park tool web site has some stuff. I prefer Zinn and the Art of Road Bike Maintenance - Amazon carries it.
I like the Zinn book too. I am no natural mechanic, and of all the popular bike maintenance books I’ve read (I’ve found some to be absolutely, positively useless), he strikes what I think is a good balance between being detailed enough so you can understand what’s going on and follow his instructions and not providing so much detail as to blow you away. He also rates various repair jobs as to the degree of difficulty to give you an idea what you’re getting into. Decent illustrations. Some humor in there too. I refer to mine all the time.
