I hit a small bump this morning, and all of a sudden my front and rear brakes locked up. even after flipping the brake releases, the pads are skimming the surface of the rims. why’d that happen and how do I fix the problem?
The cable housing might have come unseated, maybe where it enters the brake itself. That would cause increased tension on the cable…
