Thanks for the responses to Bici Tre Regioni!

If you’re not; or, if you are registered for an IM next summer, consider Cycling in Italia for a week.
For all STer’s - we are based directly on the beach of the Adriatic, with a local 50m pool down the street. You can take your pick.

We’ve got nearly 600k of riding planned; so, if you have the legs, a run is never out of the question when you wish.

Beautiful pics!! It looks like a fabulous place for a bike tour.

The majority of the photos on our site are on the way to; or, near Tuscany. It is truly a wonderful place to ride, with out feeling as though you are training.

The climbing is phenomenal. The villas, castles, and sense of “anticho” history are evident nearly every pedal stroke.
We hope you can add many of your own photos to the ones we collect each summer.
Give us a call,

Ciao!

Bike3,

What are the average riding distances and how fast do you go? Thanks in advance for the response,

Eric

The average ride is generally 55-60mi. daily. We have rides as far as 90, as brief as 40. Climbing is terrific but not devastating due to the nature of the mountain structure toward Tuscany, Umbria, and Emilia-Romagna (Climbing was sufficient for Pantani). History, and sights abound. If you wish to stop, check out a castle - stuff some flip-flops in your jersey.
Speed is determined by riders you wish to go with. The group ride generally departs approx. 8-830AM. (With an attitude of typical Italian vacationing). For riders who wish to go longer, earlier, harder, or adventure we’ve got great maps - Enjoy!
Photo page has terrain shots.
Thanks for asking. Hope you can join us!

Ciao!
