Are there any opinons of F.I.S.T. by Dan Empfield system over John Cobbs Systen One Positioning? I will be purchasing a new bike and dont live near a qualified shop so I will be traveling to get a bike fitting done. And I cant decide which method to use…so any opinions would be great.
