I was originally professionally fit on my Dual with the seat back. After some trial and error, I’ve decided to ride steeper and I flipped the seatpost forward. This has resulted in the nose of the seat moving 1 inch forward.
Q: What is the requisite adjustment to the front end? up? down? forward? only moving clip-on part forward?

Where you move the components is not really answerable since it depends where you begin with but I found my dimensions for saddle to bar drop, etc. match pretty well with the tables and formulae in the bike fit section.
