jt lyons, already mentioned here, is a F.I.S.T. instructor (we only have three, jordan and i are the others). accordingly, i recommend him. he’s out toward point loma, on rosecrans.

JT at Moment Cycle. He’s the best in town and he takes as much time as needed with the client. Plus he’s a great person.
The best is John Howard. He has the racing history (Ironman Hawaii + numerous times US Cycling champ) and knows what he is doing. Here is his website - http://www.johnhowardsports.com/
Go see JT, nytro doesn’t use a fit bike to see what bike will fit you the best they are going to ask what bike do you like perferrably one that is on the floor then they are going to have you hold a level to you crotch and measure to the floor after that do the same to your sturnum.
They don’t use a fit bike unless you are looking for something custom.

John Howard really is awesome and is my first recommendation. After him, I’d use B&L in Solana beach. They have the best service department in the area and some good fitters. Similar to Nytro, they also build lots and lots of bikes for well known pros. B&L’s service dept is by far the best I have seen.
