Bike fit-hip pain?

I have a question regarding my bike fit. I started down the tri road in June of last year, bought a Felt B12 and my hip pain has become worse since. It’s all right sided psoas muscle, and I have experienced increasing tightness since I began putting some miles on the bike. It does NOT hurt worse when I bike (or swim or run), and I actually have a difficult time recreating the pain. It does virtually go away after I spend a few days of concerted effort to stretch out my hip flexors, but comes back without the concerted effort.

Any ideas?

I had a very similar pain. Felt the tightness while riding but really started to feel it when running the more I biked. Went to a sports doc and they said that my left arch collapses or something when I run/ride so I was theoretically over-extending my left leg on the bike due to the ankle roll. I put some superfeet (yellow) insoles in my bike shoes and lowered my saddle and all seems to be much better. I still need to stretch before and after but dont have the extreme tightness I used to have.
