Does this bike course look similar to CA70.3 with the 2 climbs pls?

If you are asking of that is the Oceanside course, then NO is your answer. That course has two climbs, but they are the same hill twice. Oceanside is pretty flat for about 28 miles then a steep but fairly short hill and a couple of longer climbs that are not as steep with about 10 miles of flat at the end.
