so you read about or know some pro that puts in 20 hours of training per week and another who does even more, maybe 25-30. how much of this time (if any) do you think is spent stretching, or is stretching on a completely different schedule? I know I need to do a lot more stretching than I’ve done in the past, and I’m trying to get to the point where i do a minimum of 15-30 minutes a day. for all of you big week athletes out there in Slowtwitchia, what is your ratio of training to stretching?
Normally the training times you see is purely swim/bike/run training. Also stretching doesn’t make you faster… ![]()
