Biceps tendonitis

Hello all,

I’m dealing with a little biceps tendonitis in my left shoulder. I found this old quote and womdered if my problem is my predominantly right sided breathing.
I forgot to mention before. My impingement was on my right shoulder. I am a left side breather. My problem resulted in my right arm flailing off to the side while I was breathing, which caused extra stress on shoulder. Bi lateral breathing helped me somewhat and breathing exclusively to my right side was neccessary when the pain got too great. Silver lining was that I now can breath to either side.
Anyone else out there have this experience? I’m planning a little break from the pool along with rehab exercises.

I subluxed my right shoulder on monday while breathing on my left side…I about drowned (ok, maybe a little dramatic but it was no fun).
