Just got the standard ones that came with the Ultegra brakes but they kinda suck. Need something better!
I have Shimano 550 wheels, Ultegra brakes with Vision calipers. Rim is clean and pads are clean… Suggestions pleas
SwissStop are the best. Far and away the best. For regular training - the green blocks.
I have the yellow ones, and I am lazy so I do not switch the blocks. They work great on carbon and alum rims.

Is there much point lecturing you on not using yellow pads on ali rims & carbon?
don’t bother with the lecturing. apparently triathletes don’t ride often enough to accumulate alu shards in their pads.
