Okay, these posts on getting the most out of the CT have me thinking again. I just have not been able to put the effort on it that I need to.
So, I know when I used my health rider, I got their video and used it all the time to keep pushing me.
What are folks thoughts on the best way to push one self on the indoor trainers? Just do it, or can videos help? If videos, which ones do folks find the best
for Tri racing for Oly distance stuff?
