Best use of 2 hours

I have two mornings during the week where I can hit the bike for about an hour before work. My current plan already has 4 sessions varying in duration and difficulty. Would this “extra” time be best utilized doing bulk aerobic, or moderate interval work (or both)? On one hand, the bulk aerobic isn’t very bulk (after warm-up and cool-down), but on the other hand the added intervals may diminish my recovery from the previous evening’s work. The best idea I’ve come up with is to bump up the intensity of my easier short sessions, and use the added time for some lighter/bulk work. My run is on schedule, and swimming’s not available on those mornings. Suggestions?

Unless you training load is already very high, I would go as hard as I can for 1 hour each time.

Right now, my training load is progressing toward moderate (11-13 hr/wk), hence why I’m even considering adding 2 hours. Given that the load is relatively light compared to the coming months, I’ll retract my initial thoughts and agree that the best use of this time would be to drop the hammer. The durations are limited, so the collateral damage should be minimal.
