Best time of day for supplements/vitamins?

Is there an optimal time to take supplements/vitamins? Do you get better absorptions taking them in the morning or before bed?

STrs do not use supplements of any kind - we don’t need them.

For those that might take supplements - I think taking most of them with food helps absorption - - not sure if timing of morning or evening matters, but just guessing - if the supplements you are taking are caffiene free - - taking them at night might make them available to your system while your body goes through it’s natural repair process while you sleep?

I had a coach that told me to take them before bed because theyd be in my body longer, dont know if thats really true or not.

vitamins are best absorbed WITH food.

careful about taking b vitamins at night as they can keep you awake

With food,
Probably best to take them when your stomach, pancreas and small intestine are cranking.
Although that is just a guess, but it’s the most intuitive I could think of.
