Quite a few good aero road bikes. The Cervelo Soloist is a great choice as others have suggested. I would also look at the Blue AC1, the Felt AR1 and the Ridley Noah. All of them have good aero features. The aero frame will save you a bit of time, but probably not much more than a few minutes. It just depends whether those minutes matter to you. Still I would guess if you asked most people at mile 25.7 of the IM marathon if they would prefer to have just finished they would say yes!
