I second Moment in San Diego. Great bike fit studio and lots of brands available.
Add another vote for Tribella.
Also, they put on a gem of a ladies-only sprint in June.
Swim Bike Run Tri Shop of St. Louis, MO.
House brands are BMC and Felt. They fit via GURU. They have a very large tri club with a wide span across the US. USAT & USAC certified coaches across all disciplines. Definitely should be a nominee.

I third Moment in SD. In addition to carrying everything and great fitters, they put on an awesome race in early September.
Speedy Reedy, RIP.
Scott
Agreed…
x3
They were great. If they couldn’t make it who can?
I blame Amazon.
I live in the SF Bay Area and do not know of a single tri shop. Sports Basement is the only place I can think of that sells s/b/r gear.
Crazy how many triathletes are here with no brick and mortar presence. I blame the Internet and Obama. In that order.
If I wanted to buy a P5 tomorrow I literally don’t know where I could find one.
All3Sports/Podium Multisports
Cervelo,Felt,Orbea,QR,BMC
Two of the best fitters,Dave & Matt
Connected with two large tri clubs and sponsor of local tri race series
.
I would say TriShop in Plano as well. Good selection of bikes, one of the best Retul fitters, group workouts, lots of workshops for coaches and athletes, and good relationships with the local tri group.

Having not been out that way in a long time, are Nitro and B&H (?) still around? At the time they were amazing. Not much around the area I live, as another poster mentioned.
No first hand knowledge but many friends have used FitWerx and been very happy with their service. http://fitwerx.com/]
My wife and I have bought a few bikes and been fitted/had them serviced by Fitwerx a few times over the past 12 years, every experience with them has been great.
I’d have to give a nod to Gear West in Long Lake, MN serving the Twin Cities metro and western WI http://gearwestbike.com/
Owner, Kevin O’Connor is one of the nicest guys in the sport as well as being an elite triathlete/duathlete
.
Not in the U.S., but one of the first pure tri shops in North America - Enduro Sport in Toronto.
Among other things - They were Cervelo’s first retail customer!! ![]()
Run by another Dan - Dan Rishworth.
Still going strong!
Clearwater Bicycle Company (formerly named TopGun Triathlon) Clearwater, FL
Previously only sold Cervelo but now added Orbea bikes. Also, sell used bikes which is nice for those more on a budget.Retul fitting.Have their own racing tri club that people can join for perks like discounts and private tents at local races. Even if you don’t join the tri club organizes coached pool swims, OWS, and running workouts. They have computrainers so you have rent time on those.
Amphibian Multisport, Libertyville, IL
In addition to a retail shop, it is a complete training facility on site…16 Computrainers, 4 treadmills and a 2 lane, 25 yd pool.
Very active in local tri scene…Marty & Kristin know EVERYONE locally, from racers to race directors. There is a robust group of active racers, from Worlds’ qualifiers to beginning triathletes.
IMO, this is the future for LBS / tri shops. they have a business model which has a constant income flow (membership to the training facility) that is not dependent on selling retail, while creating a constant flow of customers on a daily basis. This helps creates a sense of community and loyalty.
Endure It!, Naperville and Westmont, IL is similar. They carry Trek and Scott along with Cervelo, but one look at their website lets you know they’re a tri-shop that dabbles in Treks and Scotts, not a traditional bike shop that dabbles in triathlon. And the big pitch is coaching and training, with retail second. There’s no on-site training pool (although they have an Endless pool for technique analysis), but they facilitate regular swim workouts at a nearby pool, as well as a regular “run club,” group rides, a winter Computrainer series, and even weekend training camps at remote locations. Like Amphibian Multisport, they’ve created a recurring training/coaching revenue stream instead of relying solely on occasional retail purchases.

Well, Cervelo doesn’t allow online sales, so you may want to revisit your logic!
Podium Multisport
Cornelius, NC.
http://podiumnc.com/
-
Brands: Cervelo, Felt, Orbea, and Parlee bikes
-
Bike Fit: GURU bike fit system & F.I.S.T. Certified fitters.
-
Clubs & Teams: Podium Race Team & Carolina Multisport Club . They also work with many of the area clubs and coaches.
-
Intangibles: Everyone working in the shop races Triathlons. This is not a shop for only “elite” athletes, even though many local top athletes use the shop. They want you to have a great Tri experience no matter what level on athlete you are and are more worried about building long term relationships than the “next sale”.
