Best price on reynolds ouzo pro aero?

anyone know who has the best price on this fork? i need a 1" 650 with 40mm rake.

would also consider a cervelo chord with the same specs (yeah, i know it’s not nearly as nice as the reynolds, but it would do).

thanks!

Have you checked Ebay? I see new Reynolds forks on there all the time well under retail.

yeah, i’ve been keeping an eye on things there for the most part. just wondering if anyone had a more direct way of buying one. watching auctions for days on end drives me nuts

i have an old P2 that i want to put a new fork on (present one is cut way too short). so are you the “right people”?

i think i need a 40mm rake for the bike, however. i spent about an hour searching for this post last night, but finally found it (sorry it looks so crappy. tried to cut and paste, but it didn’t like it very much):

Get in the game baby, YEAH!!! This post does not belong in the classifieds section. It belongs right here.

Thanks Khai, I’ve been around so long I was the reason rec.sport.triathlon made you put an AD in front of my posts when I owned Steve’s Multisport.

Good deals need to be posted, Tom and I will play nice and keep most to the Classified section! Don’t want anyone throwing me into the fire!

The key here (IMO) is that you posted in response to a direct request for information. Someone asked for the best price on an item, and you responded with yours. That’s helpful information, not an attempt to garner free advertising, etc. Had you posted your own thread about “blowing out x”, then the people who complain would have a valid argument.

I am so sick of that stupid shit. Please, if you can offer a good deal on something - POST IT - why not? You are only trying to offer us something that you have, possibly at a discounted price. Screw people if they dont like it.
