Best physical therapy options

After my X-ray, MRI and neurologist exam, I’m cleared to begin physical therapy for two disc buldges in the T3 and T5 regions. Are there any ST’ers who have had this type of injury and what modalities did you use?

But I would like to see some fireworks

Right. record10- I’m disappointed in your lack luster performance in response to this rather sensitive issue. Perhaps Tibbs?

My GF is a PT - trained at Mayo…she can reply if she wants.

Go for the rolling pin. If it doesn’t work on your back, hit yourself over the head with it.

I had almost the exact same injury. Did twice a week chiro adjustments and lots of PT back and core strengthening exercises. Took a good year until my back wouldn’t feel overly tight way too often but it’s pretty much fine now. Good luck
