Rich, massive props to Sachiko & your team. I emailed him last night for a replacement wheelcover which I needed urgently for an upcoming race (I was concerned with shipping to NZ over the xmas period). By the time I got into the office this morning he’d responded with an urgent Fedex shipping option (cheap!) and had bumped my order up the priority list. By the time I’d replied to thank him (we’re talking less than an hour) the covers were trimmed, packed & ready to dispatch with tracking number’s etc. Unreal!
To the OP, you can’t go wrong with these guys…as others have said their service is second to none.
