I’m looking for a bike radio/mp3 to ride with. NO EAR PHONES! Speakers only. I’ve done some searching and haven’t found to many good reviews due to poor FM signal, not loud enough, cheap quality, or poor sound. Maybe I’ve been looking in the wrong place.

I’ve been testing this with my iPhone for a month now. Pretty neat, good sound, pretty loud and bluetooth option is great.

I ride with my ipod only in my right ear. This means that my left (the car side on a typical road) can still hear fine.
I find that if i listen to news type podcasts (NPR) i can keep track of cars no problem

Although there are parks I ride through that I put both in.
I use one of these with my iPod http://www.ihomeaudio.com/products.asp?product_id=10186. You mount it on your downtube cage mounts, and it comes with a remote you can attach to your bars.
