Prius’s are fuel efficient enough… putting one on a bicycle rack is OTT …
might handle better though… go for it.

May provide the flexibility you need… PS bike on the back will ruin youe fuel efficiency… put the bike in the car… and passengers on the roof, they are more aero…

Not a Prius, but I’ve used a Saris Bones on my wife’s Honda Insight with near negligible impact on fuel economy. Use of the Insight, however, was a one-time deal, and, if we were to use her car more frequently for travel to/from events, we’d go with a hitch, as was done on my Fit. The rack settled on was a Saris Thelma-3, and we have been quite pleased with it.
