x2 - just got refit to my road bike with Dave & the guys at Elite last Friday and I’m noticing an immediate, substantial improvement in efficiency, power & comfort since… and I supposedly already was properly fit previously. Bless you, Elite!

Frank will take your measurements and measure your flexibility and apply this to you fitting. He uses Dartfish Video Motion Analysis and this will capture your cycling motion real time as opposed to tape & measure. Also, the Computrainer will monitor your pedal storke efficency, power, etc.
When you leave your fitting you will be dialed in to your bike, there will be no more guessing with your cycling.

I haven’t had the chance. I’ll be up there the weekend of NYC Tri and the weekend after. I’ll try to get it schedueled the weekend after.
But I def. favor a more agressive position. I like to sit on the nose.
We had a superior experience just last month that we thought deserves to be shared. Prior to traveling to NYC we had polled this forum for recommendations for a bike fit and decided to go to Frank Totino at Sunrise Tri. Our visit exceeded all our expectations. The store is easy to get to (about ½ hr from NYC and only $5 in tolls). Frank had prepared and set up everything in advance, and received us right on time (even though he was just finishing up another fit from 6am that same morning). The interview was detailed and thorough, as was the set-up and fit procedure. The store is well stocked so we were able to try out pretty much any type of pedals, saddles, handlebars, etc. at a moment’s notice. The fit took over 3 hours (we had a lot of questions!) but Frank remained patient and attentive. After spending some time in the main store which was also very well stocked, we left the store with a CD with the fit data, videos and photos.
A few days later, as agreed, Frank had set up and shipped the new bike. The packing was excellent (& included some free goodies 
and we had minimal work to do to put the bike together. The fit was free with the purchase of the bike!
Overall, superior service from a very knowledgeable professional whose store is well equipped and stocked to handle a wide range of customer needs and preferences – all at very good prices.
