We are putting on a first time USAT event on August 4th, called the Fronhofer Tool Triathlon in Cambridge, NY (link at the bottom). The entire purpose of this event is to raise money for two local not-for-profit Literacy programs. Part of our efforts is to have a raffle at the conclusion of our race. We have received many generous sponsors already, but still am looking for a “Grand Prize.” Coming from upstate New York (North of Albany), where the water temps are just reaching 65-70 degrees, I feel a wetsuit would be a great “grand prize”. Other exciting options would be a bike or frame…something along these lines that would entice people to buy tickets.
Because of the volume this site receives, does anyone know of a good place to contact that would be willing to help this excellent race for an excellent cause??? (or if you are reading this and work at a triathlon/bike shop, and might be interested???)
