and Sheesh… look at the set screw position… David Millars wheels must have barely fit…

It looks like the brake pads are maxed out in their positon on the brake calipers too (but there is alot of daylight between the tire and frame- maybe hard to tell from this angle or the others on the cyclingnews.com site):
