Thanks - Just as I thought I need get a spot on a top tour team to get one of these built up helmets!
The photo is proabably slightly exagerated as I am climbing a hill so I am hilding the bars a bit lower than normal. I also bit my helmet on in a bit of a hurry so its a bit foward - though I find it tends to slip for during races - ans the tighter I seem to adjust it the mor forward it sits.
I ride my race bike on the trainer a fair amount during the winter so will practice riding with my head lower! I might see if I can get a Spiuk to try too.
