While riding yesterday I got to experience a bee getting caught in my ear while going 20mph. Lots of fun. No serious reaction, but now my ear is swollen. Anybody know of any over the counter drugs for bee stings??
I can’t even put on my headphone ear clips. Now I know how Dumbo feels.
OUCH!! I hate bees and I am convinced that all bees are out to get me. One day they will organize and take me down. DOWN WITH THE BEES!!!
Anyway, take a Benadryle and that should help with the histamine reaction, but it might make you a little sleepy. good luck
Same story for me with a twist…Open jersey…Bumble bee at 25 mph…Multiple stings on ribcage before I could get him out…Darn, hurt like hell.
Believe it or not, regular toothpast takes out the sting and reduces swelling. Other than that, benydryl jell for topical application to reduce reaction. I took a 25 mg Benydryl at 5 pm last night and I’m still sleepy from it.
