I have a busted calf, so running and biking are out of the question for now they will slowly get added over the next few months if everything goes well but long distance in these disciplins are out for now. So I am trying to build my aerobic engine right now through swimming and water jogging supplemented by some weight training. Any other idea’s? Help!
Can you do an elliptical running machine? I used one after knee surgery and it worked pretty well. Other than that, and one legged biking :), I’d say swimming is a a great thing to focus on for awhile.
