Base bars with a hole for cable routing via stem

Are there any base bars out there with the ability to route cables via the stem like the profile one below?

My old Felt Devox does it. Gather that the new ones do to.

One thing I found is that it was beneficial (probably necessary) to have the rear of the extensions cut pretty flush with their clamps to enable cabling into the side of the Tririg stem.

Thanks. Just updated the image to clarify what i’m after. Brake cables and bullhorn gear cables can exit into the stem beneath the bar clamp.
