Barcelona, Spain Track and Road Cycling

I have an athlete that has a family obligation in Barcelona, Spain from 09JL14-17JL14, and would like to access the velodrome, and any local road races, etc.

Any info about a local English speaking contact that could assist would be helpful.

I am in Barcelona too 7/4 - 7/20. There is a Sprint Tri on 7/13 that I am thinking of doing. Also will rent a road bike there and ride as much as possible. Not sure about Road Races…
