Banks Attempt to Give Back TARP Money

The whole purpose was to support the weak banks/industry, and I dont disagree with you. I’m not sure that it was a good idea to prop up the banks (I’m pretty sure it wasn’t), but I am also not privy to the information that would allow me to make an informed decision. And Paulson and Gietner are not dumb people…

I missed the audio until you mentioned it. Seems like a pretty stright forward interview. I can only imagine there are any number of banks and various other companies that are thinking the same thing, Ford being one of them :slight_smile:
