I will be deploying to Bahrain in January and I am looking for training partners for group runs and rides.
I found groups in Dubai but not in Bahrain.

A friend of mine, or son of a friend is deploying there in May. He just brought up that he wants to start tris and figured while he stuck over there would be a great time to start. My understanding is that he is a great runner and an okay swimmer. He played soccor for the Navel Academy, so I *guess *he has a strong base. I am not sure where exactly he will be, but he is in the Navy if that helps.
I am sure you will get other options but if you dont PM me your email I and will get it to him. If anything you would be of great help to him and help him kick my ass, like he has said he will, when he gets back.
