Back to back races: Rest or train?

I completed a sprint Tri yesterday and am registered for an Olympic distance next Sunday. What kind of training should I do this week and how much rest is recommended before the race? This was my 2nd race and will be my third so I don’t have much experience to draw from. Thanks in advance for the input.

You’ll just need to listen to your body - if you’re hurting today (sore legs), then just swim. You still get the cardio benefit without the jarring effect of a run.

Depends on you mostly. I tend to just train through sprints (no taper, maybe one easy day after). YMMV.
