the word seven is too small on the first bike.
It’s custom, so maybe they’ll make it bigger for you…$4800 later (frameset).
Hey Milan
were did you find the photo of the Seven?

Well… if you look at the picture’s properties you see: http://www.cyclingnews.com/photos/2005/tech/news/aug26/diamas_2006web.jpg
Yeah, all these came from cyclingnews.com
.
Looking at that Seven, does it remind anybody else of an Orbea?
I had the chance to chat with Scott Montgomery from Scott USA this week, at my local bike shop.
First - what a great guy - huge experience on multiple levels within this industry, extremely knowledgable and very down to earth.
While chatting with him - he showed me images of the different build kit versions of the new Scott Plasma - plus filled me in on the development and testing behind this machine. Super slippery design and ultra light weight.
He was extremely complimentary of several other manufacturers - which is all too uncommon these days - too many companies caught up with rubbishing their competition.
The Plasma may very well be the “must-have” bike next year - let’s see how it is received at Interbike- but come October, the bike will be front and center on the big stage!!!
The Scott Plasma deserves its spot under the category of bike porn
I live in the same town as Steve Larsen and I’ve been waiting to see him out his so I can take a look at it. From all the data we have seen on this bike it looks very nice and the price is not to bad. I think you right it could be “the bike” oh sorry all you Cervelo kids.
Dan…
That Seven is just plain weird. Its not a TT bike, yet it has a full aero seatube, headtube, and wheel cut out. Maybe this hasn’t actually been built yet, they’re just showing what they can do?? Anyone any good at calling out fake pics?
Is that a carbon Litespeed? WTF? Why would they do that when they have built their rep as premier ti manufacturer. Have we all gone that crazy over cf?
Guess I am just a contrarian…I just sold my carbon Kestrel and bought a new ti road bike
" the word seven is too small on the first bike."
Agreed.
I agree. The Scott is hottie of the bunch. It just needs some different hoops and bars.
More like a BMC I think. That is just me though.
